Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The time of day was night far after many warriors had been done with their duties. Whether they were hoping to find romance, flings, someone to have kits with, or are already disappointed by the turn out and want to go home the two were there and now it was time for conversations to fly. They only had 10 minutes and three partners to choose from so it’s best to ask and answer all the right questions to get to know the other.
Each speed round had a separate area for the two cats to talk. This particular speed round took place at a small abandoned apple orchard. The trees were untamed, gnarled with ruby red apples that only seemed located at the very tops of the tree. The location wasn’t particularly romantic, rather haunted looking with creaking noises from the old trees and odd rustling sounds that are surely the leaves. It's a difficult place to focus on the other person.
The orchard was... unpleasant, full of noise and strange shapes that his eyes interpreted as dangerous moving shadows that might jump out at him. All in all, it was a terrible place to be; Stormreign disliked loud noises these days, and he hated ghosts and haunted places if hatred was the same thing as terror.
Brushing up against Craftedbubble as they walked, he offered her a swift and reassuring crooked grin. "Don't worry; if anything scary happens around here, I'll keep you safe. Ghosts, demons, magic, the undead... I'll handle them." His voice was a little thicker, a little softer, at the end, not entirely able to sound convincing, much less actually convince himself.

Craftedbubble giggled at his foolishly brave gesture, they could hear in his voice how unconvinced he was by his own words. The bengal lightly brushed their tail on his back, "Aw, you would do that for me? How sweet of you. Maybe they'll spirit us away to a much... prettier place," It was a pretty unattractive place and the garden keeper could already think of a million ways to make it look infinitely better. "I don't know who is in charge of the decor here but they should really reconsider," They mused in a joking manner. Was that funny? Probably not, ah who cared! They were here for a good time!
He chuckled lightly at the joke, but it was clearly forced; he was having a hard time splitting his focus between his partner and their surroundings. It wasn't normally an issue for him, but living in NightClan had offered him a glimpse at what kind of cats were out there, and that made him uneasy. "I can't argue with you there. Even I could do a better job, and believe me, I have no taste." Stormreign was fond of his old den, but he knew most cats would be unimpressed by the quaint settlement he had made.
He kept one eye on them and the other on the orchard, stiffening as a sudden breeze stirred up a whirl of leaves in front of them. "How would you fix this place up, if you had the chance?"
