Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The time of day was night far after many warriors had been done with their duties. Whether they were hoping to find romance, flings, someone to have kits with, or are already disappointed by the turn out and want to go home the two were there and now it was time for conversations to fly. They only had 10 minutes and three partners to choose from so it’s best to ask and answer all the right questions to get to know the other.
Each speed round had a separate area for the two cats to talk. This particular speed round didn’t take place in a den or very far from the meeting grounds, in fact it came with an activity. This activity was a scavenger hunt, they needed to find something red, something new, and a frog, which might be easier said than done, but would also prove if the two work well together or not.

The black and orange she cat just wasn't sure about this. While this wasn't the blind fold game this was not something she would have enjoyed for herself. This activity was just not her thing, but she would do it regardless if it meant a decent interaction. The thing with the Fallclan cat was she came off as intimidating...even somewhat scary to others. So for the most part cats didn't exactly come up to her. It was a shame since she was honestly a friendly cat. Lightember was hoping to meet some cats on this thing but was slightly disappointed in the activities involved. Hopefully this guy would be pretty nice at the very least. Or brave enough to talk to her. racer
Darksonata wasn't exactly a very approachable cat either, despite his stunning good looks. With high chiseled cheek bones, silken black fur, constellation markings, and more importantly piercing blue eyes, he was the definition of tall, dark, and handsome. The type of tom most cats dreamed of making theirs, at least until they tried. Darksonata was only here because of his sister, whom insisted that he participate in these blind dating events after all her attempts of setting him up with she-cats had failed thus far. Why had they failed? Well outside of his sister, he hardly spoke. Only using one or two words to communicate with others when absolutely necessary. Most of SunClan believed him to be mute, put off by the cold barrier he had placed between himself and the rest of the world. Darksonata was going to be difficult to get to open up, but for the right she-cat willing to take up the challenge would find a rather rewarding mate on the other side. The type of cat that would watch the world burn to protect those that he loved, giving them unconditional support in all their endeavor.
He blinked as the she-cat approached, a little unamused by the game himself. Something new, something red, and a frog... What a strange combination. Rising to his paws he motioned for her to follow him into the brush. Ducking back behind some thorns to emerge a few moments later with a red rose between his jaws. He felt his cheeks grow hot, as he laid it down at her paws knowing the romantic connotations behind the delicate petals "Yours..." ashestoashes

Lightember sniffed the rose and looked up to the tom, "It is a very nice rose indeed, good find on your part. Thank you...kindly." She blushed lightly realizing she did not know his name nor did he, more than likely, know hers. "Ah it slipped my mind. Lightember of Fallclan, a pleasure to meet you." She gave a polite nod in proper greeting before seeing something that caught her eye. Padding over on silent paws she saw something small, almost covered by a leaf. Gently removing the leaf there stood a very small frog that gave a ribbit in surprise at being found.
"Well we got a rose and a frog, what a way to start this. Almost over, huh? Hmm...you know we can worry about finding the something new towards the end of this...game. I don't know about you but I am not a fan of things like this. Perhaps you aren't either...Instead I would like to just get to know you. You seem like a fine warrior, possibly even a nice tom." She looked at him, her sharp orange eyes watching him with kind interest. "You don't seem much of a talker, which is fine with me if you prefer to be quiet. I won't force you to talk if you don't wish. I am, however enjoying your company. It's refreshing to meet someone such as yourself." It was not meant to be flirtatious at the least, more friendly and courteous. However to some the words could seem somewhat flirtatious in their meaning to others.

"Darksonata" he answered, taking his time and allowing her to finish speaking.
At least they both agreed that this game was rather silly, and would rather concentrate on getting to know one another. After all it was the reason his sister had forced him to signing up for this, and at the very he least he wanted to come home with a list of names to tell her. He didn't think much would come of these dates, but he didn't want to disapoint Soaringlight either

Lightember sat down, "Darksonata? That's a very nice name, pleasure to meet you dear." The she cat gave a small nod and a small smile before goin on. "What made you want to come to these events? Were you bored or hoping to find someone? I myself was...well...someone recommended I do this. I don't know whom but I found out my name had been written down for these so here I am. Figured I'd make the best of it and have fun anyway...or something like that."
