Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. There was nothing quite so pleasing and beautiful as the sunlight filtering through the trees and cotton flying on a gentle breeze, as though carried by magic itself. Dancing in it from where he could reach at the very edge of the camp only made it all the more satisfying. Lostkit giggled and fell back, staring up at the green of the trees and the sunlight dancing back at him. Today was a good day.
"HI THERE LOSTKIT! BEAUTIFUL DAY TODAY, ISN'T IT?"
Raccoonkit pretty much always talked in all caps. The kit's hearing was poor ever since that head injury a moon or two ago, evident by the crescent-shaped scar over his left eye. He'd developed the bad habit of amplifying his voice so he could hear himself at the same volume he used to before his accident. Use you inside voice, damn it, Poppymask always scolded, and he'd gotten pretty good at toning it down... if reminded first, of course.
