DAYCLAN Unfortunately for Bloodystar, he'd put himself in a situation, wherein he was now sandwiched between Vixenkismet and Glowstar. "Well, son," She began, her voice sickeningly sweet. "As one of your mothers, I think it's far past your bedtime, how about a nap?" The warrior's paw lifted, and before the Priest much had the chance to realize what had happened, there was a slight prick as she patted his cheek. At first, it was nothing, but given the particular composition of the herbs, he was bound to feel a bit unsteady soon. He should be grateful she didn't kill him outright. At worst, he would barely be able to stand, that was about it. Jelly legs, maybe some mild fatigue, was about as mild as she got. "You seem tired, after all. Growing kits need their sleep." It would have been so easy to cut out his throat. But maybe she could do that later in the night.
"Without a doubt." Driftingpath agreed. "Honestly, Creampuff is really nice. I would rather have her as my mentor than Flamingstar. You should be grateful." Jetclaw
Flamingstar hesitated at first. "Y-you want to meet?" Why was Yuccablossom so interested in Nightclan? Was she interested in joining or was she trying to be a spy? The ginger leader's wall came up and she began to feel like this whole thing was suspicious. "What makes you interested in Nightclan?" She tried to hide her insecurities in case the young warrior really was into Nightclan but she had to find out why. @jadie

Ratstar let out a snort at Markedpelt's comment, his demeanor brightening a little at the other tom's encouragement. "If they don't drag us all into their drama first," he responded bitterly, sending a glare over towards Funk E'tan and Bloodystar. Though thoughts of recent events were quickly interrupted, almost on cue, by Poppymask. Perhaps he was just seeing things, but his mate had started to look different lately; her pelt growing out far fluffier than it usually was. As ridiculous and entitled as her request would sound to literally any reasonable cat, he only chuckled fondly, the sparkling jewel dangling from his specially-made flower crown swinging over his nose as he purred lovingly. "I don' see why not, Poppy. Though, if Swift or Spring don' show, you'll have 'ta be the one t' hold me back from tryin' to strangle some o' those beebrains."
Bloodystar had not been expecting that reaction at all. Truly, all he was trying to do was throw his close relationship with Glowstar in his father's face, but it backfired when the DayClan leader started coddling him. He struggled a little bit because it was embarrassing but at heart he loved every moment of it so he didn't put up a lot of a fight. To be blunt, literally no one had done something like that, not his own mother, or Satinlights or Jetfire... well, maybe Nikkohy--- no, don't think about him. A purr escaped his throat for just a single second and then he felt a scratch on his cheek.
"What the...?" In seconds his tongue felt like cardboard and his legs began to quiver. Blodoystar would have collapsed entirely if he wasn't already in Glowstar's arms. Instead, he just fell onto her, absolutely deadweight but exactly the same way a kitten would if scruffed at the base of his neck. It didn't look like he had been poisoned at all. No, he looked like he'd just turned into a literal baby right up there with the rest of the leaders, "Ugh...mrr...."

Mom. What annoying words. At this rate, he was better off being Glowstar's son and not her mate. For being in such a coveted position, he was really in a worse position. Any intimidation was gone when she melted at those three words. But even her attempt to pacify him didn't phase him. "Those kits really not enough, huh? Pretty greedy of you, Glow." His gaze softened for only a moment, the only thing that could have hinted he was joking. Either way, he was still Bloody's father. And the last thing he wanted was for Glow to get taken advantage of by him like all those other she-cats. So even with the soft words, he once again pushed himself between Glowstar and Bloodyrondo.
"You're still my son though. And if you have any room in that big head of yours to even think of others, you'll have the decency to leave Glowstar alone." He wasn't gonna let it fall apart. "And if you don't, I'll kill you."
"I'm interested in all the Clans! My dream is for someday all come together as one... the United Clans of the Mounatins and Forest, or UCMF for short. We still keep our original camps and autonomy at first, of course, but can you imagine how quickly the Clans would grow if we all had open trading routes? There are things in NightClan that I'll never find in DayClan, and vice versa. Trading aside, if all the Clans helped one another during a famine, or natural disaster, or..." Yuccablossom stopped herself and chuckled, causing the slate necklace she was wearing the jingle slightly. She'd tried her best to wipe the blood off of it but it was still stained with an iron tone. Flamingstar may or may not recognize it as once belonging to Senescence, "... I'm going on a tangent, aren't I? I guess what I mean to say is I want to be friends and have sleepovers and stuff!" Spot

DAYCLAN Vixenkismet felt his weight drop as the poison worked, harmless, considering, though she stepped to the side, allowing him to slump as she looked at him, tilting her head. "Seems I was right, Glowstar. Perhaps Funk and I should find a nest for him and.. tuck him in." She mused, looking at the limp Priest with a knowing smirk. Jadie

Chimerastar marched with his entire clan in tow - apprentices, kits, everyone - like usual, his head held high and single eye unforgiving. He stalked past to the largest tree in the gathering place, then hauled himself up through the branches to stand high above all the cats.
"Everyone be quiet!" he yowled, glaring down at the bickering cats. "Must you do this every gathering? I never thought I would say this, but for once it looks like Flamingstar is the most reasonable one here. Anyway, save your squabbles for the next gathering, or just an hour from now, I don't care."
Chim frowned briefly; did he sound like Firetooth? It was too late to go back now.
"For the next few minutes, I want to talk to all of your leaders. Come speak with me now."
"Don't you worry, I wouldn't let you hurt a single hair on any cat's head, darling. You know how much I hate that," Poppymask purred, if she had a full length tail to intertwine with Ratstar's just then she totally would have, but since all she had was a stub she just smacked him on the butt a few times, "Now let's hurry over there before all the good spots are taken!" For all that speech, he jumped back as soon as Bloodyrondo started to wobble. Not that he could really stop him from falling on the branch in front of them. Funk looked over at Vixen, a small smile on his face as he connected the pieces of what just happened. She always had a trick up her sleeve, even now. He pulled on one of Bloody's brows, one of his eyes barely even focusing on him. "You get all that, sonny? I don't feel like repeating the whole thing." This was a mild pass, least till Bloody was able to get up again. "And what is it, old man? You hardly want to talk to us anyway, so why change now?"
"I hate to burst your bubble but each clan is too different to become one clan. We would all fight too much. Besides, there are certain clans and cats I'd rather not associate myself with." Flamingstar responded, scanning the gathered cats. "Though, trading is not a bad idea. Nightclan already trades with Renegade Regime." The dark ginger leader caught eye of Yuccablossom's amulet and noticed it looked familiar. A flashback of Senescence and Flamingstar's encounters in Primal Instinct flashed before her eyes. She blinked them away before Yuccablossom could notice. "I, uh, don't really do friendships or sleepovers."

Firetooth's face was neutral and emotionless as he padded in with his clan, slightly behind Chimerastar. One of the downsides to bringing one's entire clan to a gathering was the fact it meant their Medicine Cat - who probably still had a kill-on-sight warrant out in Sunclan - had no choice but to come as well. The only vague upside to this entire scenario was that Chim's proposal was a rare occurrence where the two of them had actually fully agreed on something; odd, since it didn't seem like it was a blue moon tonight.
Following his leader up the tree, he took a seat a just a couple of branches below Chim, resting his back against the trunk. The ginger tom was silent as the Swiftclan leader addressed the crowd, before a sliver of a smirk crossed his muzzle. "If I didn't know better," he meowed, just loud enough that only Chim could hear. "I would think that you sounded just like me there. If only I still had a heart inside my cold, dead, unfeeling soul, I would be flattered." Then, without missing a beat, he turned to face the Dayclan leader. "Good to see you again, Glowstar. How are Autumngossamer and Lovesmitten?"
Summerclan
"Oh thank Starclan, it's Chimerastar." Ratstar let out a sigh of relief as his friend quickly put an end to the Forest Clans' gossiping and dramatics; honestly, he absolutely hated how stuck-up and two-faced most of the other leaders were. Really, it's only cute when Poppymask does it. The Forest Clan leaders had no charm whatsoever. "Heya Chim," he gave a friendly wave to his fellow one-eyed tom as he bounded up to a branch sturdy enough to hold both him and his mate. "How's your clan holdin' up? Summerclan's been savin' up some extra herbs since we heard 'bout your attack, but we didn't know which way ya went. They're still there, if ya need 'em."
"Fox," Glowstar began to say, but inhaled a breath, "You've done what you came up here for. Do we need to go back home? I don't mind if you want to leave early," She offered. Although she didn't like Vixenkismet's treatment of Bloodystar, it wasn't undeserved. Her mate was hurting, she wasn't going to scold her when her behavior was perfectly natural. But she also recognized that Vixenkismet being in the same place of SunClan might be too much for her, she would turn around if it was in Vixenkismet's best interest for her mental health.
Before she could dwell long on it though Funk had pushed her to the side away from Bloodystar. If they weren't engaged she wouldn't have let someone talk for her, but she had a higher amount of trust in Funk, more than she ever did before now that they were. "Hey, it's okay, it won't come to that," Glowstar promised, placing a paw over Funk's, but he could see the tears in her eyes from the threat he made to Bloodystar. Things were getting stressful the closer the wedding date came. Vixenkismet for one needed her more than ever and she needed to be there. But then Bloodystar also needed guidance, and then she couldn't forget Littlestar either. Then her parents returned and she was allowing ferrets into camp. There was just a lot.
She wiped at her tears and was about to say that she just wanted to go home and be happy, but when Chimerastar spoke she looked to him. "What do you want to talk about?"

Calamityshrine sauntered up to Chimerastar, giggling madly before resting his tail on the leader's shoulder. "Yooo, Chim, you have to hear about what this one cat just said to me. It was hilarious! The best joke I've ever heard!" He wiped a tear with his tail before realizing the other leaders were beginning to gather. "Oooh are you having a top secret meeting? Can I join? Can I? Pleeeeeaseeee, Chimmm."
Chim allowed a rare smile to flicker across his face at the sight of his old friend. "Ratstar," he greeted warmly. "I won't say it wasn't difficult for us to recover, but we're nearly back on our paws now. My clanmates came together in their time of need and supported each other. Still, I am sure Firetooth would be glad to look at your herbs; some of our cats are still recovering. I appreciate the aid." Chim blinked at him, looking ready to say more when Cal joined the group.
"Sure, Cal," he replied with special patience reserved for his former deputy, "as long as you sit quietly and don't tell your joke until I'm done. Actually, why don't you go sit with Firetooth and keep him company? He thinks he's really funny, I'm sure he'll appreciate your joke, from one comedian to the next." He lifted his chin to nod at Glowstar, grateful for her support. He could always count on the leader to pay attention to everyone.
"Moons ago, my clan was ravaged by a dangerous cough that killed our leader, deputy, and medicine cat. Most of our clan was wiped out, including my own kin. Shortly after a war criminal took over my clan, and abandoned it just before the cough struck again, followed by catastrophic floods. Floods that destroyed my homeland, as well as EarthClan and BrookClan's, floods that killed countless cats and left the rest homeless, and the clans did nothing to help us. We were left alone against perilous odds.
"I can understand why no cat helped us when we were sick and ailing and when we faced a dictator," Chim continued, "but no cat should have been alone to die after the clans died. The Survival Clans should not have been left to ruin. How many cats here had friends that died in the floods? How many cats had family that perished because they starved in an empty territory?" His gaze raked the clans. "We should never allow such a tragedy again. So going forward, I purpose we amend the warrior code."
Chim paused, but even if the cats were too busy fighting to listen, he plunged on. "'Each Clan has the right to be proud and independent, but in times of trouble they must forget their boundaries and fight side by side to protect the others. Each Clan must help the others so that no Clan will fall.' I purpose that all Warrior Code-abiding clans add this to their constitution from now on, so no clan will ever suffer alone, and no clan will ever be wiped out again."
While Bloodystar couldn't really move, he could definitely hear what Vixenkismet and Funk were saying, and it made his ears burn in embarrassment. Since his tongue had been the first thing to go numb he focused all his attention into moving it for if he could regain the first sense that he lost the rest was sure to follow. Sure enough, sensation began to return right when Funk put his paw on Bloody's head. It was slow, but he managed to shift it away, open his mouth, and chomp the Nemesis right on the leg. There was no pressure in it, so it didn't hurt at all, if anything it further supported the image of him being a sweet lil baby because this was totally something kits did all the time.
When he heard what Chimerastar said, he groaned loudly, clearly not in support but unable to form words and make an argument at the moment.
DAYCLAN
"That's why I said at first. I learned from my time with the Shadow Era that change does not happen quickly no matter how much you try and force it. No, the Clans will not be united in a day, and probably not even in my lifetime, but if trade is open and cats from all groups see each other daily, the borders will disappear all on their own. No need to fight or start wars. It'll be natural," Yuccablossom's smile faded when she was denied her sleepover, but she did her best to still sound chipper, "Well, the invitation is always there! I found this fancy twoleg paint that'll let you color your claws and I think that you would look wicked cool if you painted yours cherry red! It would really compliment your fur. But I only bring it out during slumber parties." Spot
She fell silent as Chimerastar spoke. When he was done, her eyes were shining with that tell-tale Eerie sheen, "Oh what a wonderful idea!"

Wherever Ratstar was, Poppymask was sure to follow. She did not hesitate to jump up with the rest of the leaders. She quickly placed herself at Ratstar's side although she wasn't exactly sitting still: Poppymask's short tail didn't allow her the best balance and she was a klutz to begin with. Eventually she leaned on Ratstar for support. When she returned her attention to the cats surrounding her, however, her mouth dropped wide open.
Chimerastar was such a babe.
Immediately she began to groom the loose fur on her chest to make herself look even more beautiful, which meant that she likely whacked Ratstar in the face with a leaf from her gaudy flower crown.
"Well hello there." She said in a sultry voice to SwiftClan's leader, although she was still glued to Ratstar. She fully planned to have her cake and eat it too in this scenario.
She hadn't been paying attention to realize that Chimerastar had just made some big announcement. GidgetGalCleaver
"-And what of those who attack others without disregard, without remorse and without justification?" A voice spoke up suddenly from the crowd. Thistlestar stepped forward, followed by a group of Springclan cats, though the group was smaller than usual. The Springclan leader donned fresh wounds all over his body. The usual composed look that the rather peaceful leader always maintain was replaced with a sharp and focused look as he took in the leaders ahead. There was intention and power in his steps despite his tattered appearance. There was a brightness in his eyes, a lively look that was clouded in a mixture of emotions.
"I cannot deny that the notion is just and righteous, but can we truly forfeit our resources, our time and our aid to those who've wronged us?" Thistlestar spoke, his voice growing louder and louder as he made his way to the middle of the clearing, jumping to join the other leaders in the center. His green eyes trained themselves on each leader for a moment before finally landing on the Primal Instinct leader himself.
"I'm pleased to have your support, Bloodystar," he said dryly before shifting his attention to Poppymask. A quick glance over her and he arched his brow slightly - she didn't look like the SummerClan deputy he had met, so why was she up here? - before turning away again. A flick of his ear was the only acknowledgment he had heard her: Chim had more important things on his mind than socializing today.
Instead, he refocused on Thistlestar, thinking it over. The Regime had wronged him more times than any other cat in his life, but he had reluctantly chosen to work with them regardless. If he could manage that, he supposed everyone else could. It helps that they don't follow the warrior code, he mused. Chim didn't have to worry about the code forcing him to protect the tunnellers if they didn't follow the warrior code themselves. He thought he didn't have any enemies in the other clans that he felt too strongly about - and he was terribly misguided in that, but he would learn too late the answer he was about to give wasn't one he would agree with in the end.
"Even them," he agreed finally, with more easy confidence than he felt. "A leader can give the order to attack another clan, and their warriors must listen. But do you meant to punish every kit, apprentice, and warrior that fought for their clan? Do you think every warrior outside of SpringClan deserves death? I've been told even SunClan has redeemable cats that live in its ranks." Though I've yet to meet one, he added silently, including his own healer in that summation.
A twoleg paint that colors nails? Flamingstar looked down at her glistening white claws and pictured them a cherry red. No, not cherry. Perhaps crimson. "You know, I think a crimson red would look better." Flamingstar grinned. "I'll think about your offer. Perhaps we could arrange something if you agree to bring that twoleg paint."

Funk flicked Bloody on the nose lightly before pulling his paw from his slack mouth. Guess whatever Vixen had really packed a punch, but that wasn't his concern now. He ran his tail along Glow's side, purring as he pressed his forehead against her's. "Glow... you don't have to fix everyone's problems. You don't need to be a savior to every cat that crosses your path. It's okay, to let them go their own ways, be a little selfish sometimes." He spoke calmly, genuinely like he really wanted Glow to get it. She cared a lot, too much. He didn't want that to eat her alive. Funk was consumed enough in it to wear he barely felt Thistlestar's glare at him till he caught the other leader's gaze out of the corner of his eye. Ah, so that's who Elyon attacked... not a bad choice.
