Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Oh my gosh! What about that one, Sen!?" Lucistic exclaimed, pointing to a raccoon that was clearly trying to just move to hide and sleep somewhere else, "So exotic."
Sen turned to blink at the creature, which seemed about as excited about the prospect as she did. "About as exotic as your average monster." She commented sarcastically, weaving around twoleg legs to go past the entrance. Of course she wasn't going to pay, it wasn't like she had money anyway.
Lucistic watched some more judging to Senescence occasionally when he saw something particularly tasty, mainly common birds that could be found anywhere. But when they got to the alligator he was really determined for Senescence to want to eat one. "C'mon, you would love gator meat!"
"Looks chewy." Senescence commented, though she hopped up onto the railing to get a better look at the creature. After all, she did like a challenge, so it wasn't impossible that she might think she could win against the creature.
"We'll probably die trying," Lucistic observed, staring down at the alligators once he realized Senescence was actually considering, "At least because they're always in a group and the water is their source of power. They wouldn't be as good on land, I bet."
"Is that not the point in trying?" Sen questioned, apparently not minding a certain death sentence in this fight. She had a sense of self preservation about as big as an atom, so the idea of her dying didn't particularly matter to the idea at hand.
"Okay, have fun!" Lucistic waved at her before comfortably seating himself on the bridge to peer down and watch his sisters untimely demise take place. Not to mention if he told anyone that Senescence died from an alligator no one would believe him. They would all think it was one of his weird ramblings.
Senescence shrugged, walking around the enclosure to the far side, where there was actual land before leaping in, much to the horror of the twolegs, as she could hear their chatter increasing, along with faint clicks and snaps of phones taking a picture of the unusually large, heavily scarred cat, who APPARENTLY, definite wanted to fight an alligator.
"Kick his tail!" Lucistic cheered before lazily lying his chin back into his paws to watch the chaos ensue, before realizing that Senescence was probably going to make him get his own polar bear meat, what a drag.
Luckily for Sen, there was an alligator already laying on the ground, which she promptly jumped onto. At first, it did nothing, which was actually disappointing, so she clawed at its eyes, trying to get it to respond.
"Just claw off some tail meat Sen, that's why I said to kick it's tail," Lucistic said, his paw draping over the side of the bridge in boredom, apparently somehow finding his sister versing an essential dinosaur to be not entertaining enough. Probably because it wasn't reacting.
What Inno would do? Well, why not. Senescence bit the back of it's neck, which was honestly pretty gross. She suspected the polar bear fur would have been tastier. It was a good thing she clung on, though as the alligator turned and attempted to snap her, which would have otherwise taken a limb off.
Senescence did let go, jumping clear, only to have to leap again a heartbeat later as jaws missed her by a whisker. Despite Lucistic's shouting, the former Proxy wore a smile of sorts across her face as she stared death in the face, seemingly enjoying seeing if she would live or die. "Worse than frogs." She yelled back up, circling the creature that was clearly agitated.
"Ew, why even bother with it then. Actually I quite like frogs, maybe we should have traded," He laughed, "Good luck over there Sen, those two-legs are all watching you so don't mess up in front of everyone."
Because Faith thought it would be funny, the gator had, in fact, died of old age right there, and it was now canon, because Sen the person found it funny. Unfortunately for Senescence the cat, when she tried to attack, the alligator no longer responded, and now there were some twolegs rushing in from hidden doors, shouting something. And at least one was coming straight for her.
"SEN!" Lucistic called as he fell into the alligator infested water... Never coming back up.
The moment was quiet, somber, like it was supposed to be fun, not end in such a stupid way, but then again, that was Lucistic. Living in laughter and lunacy, going out the same way.
But then of course he resurfaced, because he did live in WaterClan for years so being a quick swimmer who could go under for quite a while wasn't that unusual for him. Bursting up by Senescence in the water he motioned for her to get in the water and follow him, "You can swim right!?"
Senescence didn't honestly think her brother had died, sitting on the gator's head until the twoleg got too close and she dodged out of the way, following after her brother. "Probably." And just like that, she dove headfirst into the water... surfacing a moment later despite the deadly potential of the situation. "Where to?"
"Well there's this exit that we could squeeze through from the grates, but they can't. Or I saw this weird pipe underwater. I don't know where it goes or if there's air, but could be fun to try and brave the gator infested water to get there?"
"Sure. What fun is eating out at the zoo if you don't have a chance of all the prey killing you in the process?" Only Sen and Luc would decide predators even bigger than themselves were prey, but they were Eeries. Sanity left a long time ago, and audacity had taken its place.
