GENERAL COMMENTS : It was announced that desolate was the new deputy, but the page does not reflect it, so one point was taken off there in page neatness. I am also a bit confused over if Gidget is really the MCA or not.
Because desolate just recently got her position, no point was taken off for deputy inactivity. Because MCA is optional, no point was taken off there, either.

IMPROVEMENTS ; I think EarthClan has some great potential in it, and I think part of the problem this time was just because there has been so many transitions for the group as of recently. With a little elbow-grease, I'm sure you will get a higher score next time.
DECLINES ; The staff, in general, is less active than it was during the last check. Two points were lost due to staff inactivity, one for Archerz and one for Primordial. The page was also not up to date.

DECLINES ; All areas of WaterClan have declined since the last QCA. There is only one position of the staff that is filled, and Lynx recieved two contributions for the week. There has been consistantly very few threads in the group, and there is no page. All of these things combined has brought a group who had been passing with a 9/12 to a group who failed with 0/10 total points.
