Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(First of all Beauty and the Beast song lyric quote from Gaston for the title)
Dewsun smiled brightly at the crowd. He was waiting for his apprentice, the poor fool had no idea what kind of reputation they'd develop just by being in his greatness! Oh, the young one had no idea how blessed they were. Many eyes were on the gorgeous tom as he waited near the camp entrance for his apprentice, who's name he couldn't be bothered to remember. His patience was quickly growing thin the longer the cat too to show up. But Dewsun smiled on, seemingly unfazed to teh lack of his apprentice. Fear not, he'd have this cat worshiping him soon enough and then it would be them waiting on the great Dewsun!
Pearpaw was psyched to be an apprentice and have such a cool mentor. His dark-sand tail waved as he bounded over to meet Dewsun, then tilted his head back to beam up at him. "Hi Dewsun!! I'm here for training!!" he reported energetically, pawing at the ground with pale forepaws. He was so excited to start training and learning how to become a warrior. He was going to be one of the best in all of the clans, all... however many of them there were! Of them all, he'd be the best, most loyal, most special warrior.
"Finally! Then let's get started young one. I shall teach you all that you need to know to become a warrior as great as myself." Dewun puffed out his chest as he rose to his paws. Turning towards the camp entrance, he walked away without looking to see if the apprentice was following him or not. The tom cared not as to what teh cat's name even was as he walked out of cmap and towards teh training grounds. They'd start with fighting, Dewsun's best ability.
(He reminds me of Guy from Naruto lol and Pearpaw is Rock Lee)
(don't know them but i'll take it as a good thing xD)
Pearpaw beamed. As great as him?! He sure hoped so! Dewsun was really epic, even he knew that. His tial waved high over his back as he bounded after his mentor, humming a cheerful tune in the back of his throat. "What are we doing? This is so exciting!"
(What! You've never seen Naruto? We can't be friends no jk lol)
Dewsun grinned his blinding smile down at the other tom. "Well, fighting of course. You expect me to teach you how to do the puny thing called hunting? Fah! That takes far to long to accomplish. I have no time for that in my busy life." Really the apprentice should be greatful that he was even taking the time out of his day to teach him how to fight.
"Okay," he agreed cheerfully. He was fine with that: he could be the strongest, fiercest protector of the clan, after his mentor of course! Hunting must be easy if Dewsun wasn't going to waste time teaching it, so he could do that on his own.

(well I thought I replied to this but guess not)
Dewsun led the way to the training grounds. He truly wished the leader had taken into consideration he's proposal of getting a personal training area just for the apprentices of Dewsun. But alas, the tom was denied. Walking through the entrance, the tom made his way towards the middle of the area. "We'll work here." Out in the open for all to see his glorious form.
His tail waved as he trotted at his mentor's heels, though the outside world quickly became too tempting for him. He darted from side to side of the path, smelling and feeling and tasting, letting the dirt and the grass and every root or stick leave their imprint on his mind, ecstatic to see it all. He scurried to keep up with the older tom and take it all in at once. As they neared the center of the clearing, his eyes widened appreciatively that they’d be front and center. He better not disappoint his mentor!
“Okay,” he agreed, falling into a light crouch with a playful growl.
"Well, let's see what you have! You clearly won't be able to beat me, but still, do give it a try." It must be intimidating for the apprentice to have to fight against his mentor, a tom far more skilled then the little thing will ever be. Dewsun grinned at Pearpaw, exposing his chest as if saying 'come get me.' He was confident the apprentice wouldn't be able to land a hit, but he'd give him a handicap by tilting his head back and puffing out his chest, making himself an easier target.
This was his chance! He lowered into a crouch, sidling close with a low growl and his tail snaking over the grass. His gazed fixed on his mentor's until he was close, where it dropped to skim over his body and decided that his shoulders were a handsomely broad target that he could probably hit. He took a deep breath, then quickly lunged - his forepaws skipping forward and then flying up to slash with sheathed paws at his mentor's shoulder while his back paws planted and he leaned into the strike.
Dewsun could predict it, the apprentice would see what he thought was an opening but was merely the most likely of places to hit. Where the warrior himself would strike first. Stepping back, the tom grinned, "ithat all? The best you can do? Surely not! You've missed on the first strike, will you stop there?" Oh, he was teasing the tom, rallying him up!
He lost his balance when his mentor moved away and twisted as he tumbled, falling ungracefully to the ground. He looked up to his mentor in determination and scotted forward under him, lashing out with a forepaw to hook away Dewsun's leg.
Once again, the older tom dodged. “Good, good your doing well for being new to this. Keep going. Persevere!” Dewsun danced around the apprentice, grin on his muzzle and pleased with the frustrations he was causing. Soon he would show this young one what being a warrior, a superior one at that, what it meant to battle. He would end this with one swipe, yes, that would be all it would need he was sure of it.
Pearpaw beamed. He was doing good! He wasn't surprised he hadn't managed to attack his mentor yet, because he was a skilled warrior and the only way the apprentice would be able to land a blow was if Dewsun let him do it. He stumbled as the other cat dodged then turned and revolved in a circle to keep Dewsun in his sight, then pounced again.
While in the air, Dewsun maneuvered underneath the other apprentice and used his body to throw him further over his shoulder. "Ha! May that be your first lesson. Never allow your belly to be exposed." He'd won, and easily at that. It was only to be expected, what with having such an experienced warrior against a newbie.
"Wow! That was such a cool move," Pearpaw meowed breathlessly, staring up at his mentor in awe and appreciation. "You're such a good fighter, Dewsun! Do you think I'll ever be that good?"
“With me as a teacher? Anything is possible. But I doubt you’ll be as good as me, but you may get close.” Standing triumphed before his apprentice, eyes closed and his chest out. “Aim for number two, my student!” Dewsun saw this as his greatest level of encouragement, really the only way he knew how god os o. Put down the other cat and then tell them to be just slightly underneath him in skill level.
"Okay, I will! I'll be the very best Two there is, so you'll never have to worry about your enemies being as good as you," he promised. "I'll defeat them all so you don't have to!" Pearpaw pounced forward and swatted at an imaginary opponent with a forepaw.
