Jagger waited patiently, letting how a shaky breath as he did so. They never got to do Aine's lives ceremony before the tunnels collapsed and even now he was anxious. It wasn't that he was worried that the tunnels collapsing and destroying The Road to protection or anything. Never mind the fact that the commander had no idea where the road itself actually was. The massive sink hole that now took up the majority of the regime's territory wasn't giving any hints to where it might be. The Regime couldn't stay here anymore, and they were leaving soon. Jagger didn't know how they were going to speak to the Blind Protector when they go where they were going or, if they even could. It was the last thing on her mind. Aine's mind was racing, going through every herb they had and everyone injured. The former list was microscopic and the latter seemed endless. She barely had enough Guider's to even go gather herbs from other clans, assuming they'd actually hold up the agreement. It was all paws on deck, but she had thought of it. When she looked around the Regime cats that had gathered and noticed Braelynn was not there. It was a deep and dark feeling in her gut, one that she pushed down until she felt the Commander's eyes boring into her back.
"I know what you're here for." Guider Superior, though now Chaman, Aine Soothsong kept her back to him. Even amidst her tired eyes threatening to close, or her paws shaking as she tied what seemed to be the fiftieth splint today, her voice was still chipper. "And I'm not interested." And rather matter of fact.
