It was strange, making the adjustment from the regimen to springclan. Things were so different here, so much more relaxed and it was so much more enjoyable. He no longer had to be that perfect soldier under Shule's command anymore. He did miss Seaside more than he cared to admit but they were so much more relaxed here... it wouldn't be completely out of the question to have a visit with her either. He sighed and took in a deep breath of the crisp night's air. Spring was definitely on its way and he was looking forward to it greatly. He sat by the edge of a pool in the japanese garden just enjoying the view and the stars. It was so peaceful.
Soft whisper quiet steps sounded behind him before they stopped, the she-cat in question having turned her head to gaze at the pool and the stars reflected in the crisp water. She had sacrificed quite a bit to ensure peace would once more fall upon her home, and while she would probably not experience calm and comfort again, she was grateful to see the way her clanmates seemed to relax and consider the land home again. She hadn't intended on making her presence known to the tom, happy to spend silent time with one of her newest clanmates until she had to slip away again, but...
She quietly cleared her throat and offered him a small smile. "How are you adjusting?" She murmured, careful not to disturb the atmosphere of the night.

He turned to look at her and stopped to admire the she-cat who approached him. Her footsteps were gentle and silent and she moved with purpose before him. He gave her a soft smile and dipped his head respectfully. "It's... okay. Very different. I'm not used to sleeping above ground so it's difficult to get good rest sometimes." He admitted with a little bit of a grimace.
