Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Pain. Searing pain. It was all the tom could feel. It was as if a thousand spears pierced his soul at the same time. It suffocated him, at least until he woke up. Omega woke with a yowl and threw himself to his paws. His breathing was terse and shallow as he frantically swept his crystalline blue gaze across the camp. The pain felt real... it disturbed him it some strange, obscure way. With a few shaky paw steps the tom climbed from the camp and lay down just outside.
The pawsteps that followed several heartbeats later were light enough to be easily missed, though perhaps as on edge as he was it would be easy for Omega to pick up the light scuff of pads against dirt. A form still edged with kitten fluff, nearing Omega in size but obviously not in maturity, was the source of the pawsteps as the youngling Stryker-chan followed the hunter out of the camp. Dull curiosity was what drove the young tom from his interrupted nap to follow after Omega, not even sparing a moment for a greeting before he meowed, "If you screamed any louder, the Clans would've been woken up as well," bitterness edging his tone at having been woken up.
He raised a paw as he sat down a tail-length from the older cat, examining his claws for a moment before he asked, "What's got you up and shaking like a startled kit, huh?" casting a sideways glance towards Omega. Grandson of the nemesis, his blunt attitude was likely spurred on by that relationship alone, not caring if his unsympathetic words angered Omega.
