The young, tired soldier paused at the border of the isolated Coalition. Even with the fall colors lighting the bleak alleys, the place was just as desolate as she expected and remembered. There wasn't anything anyone could do about it. The despair was just the nature of the place, something Pandora knew all too well. Her eyes shifted to the distant silhouette of the Citadel Spire and back down to the charred asphalt. Nothing had changed.
