Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

You think DayClan's caring, that's nice because they are, but even if you do get out of this alive when Glowstar's gone what do you think DayClan is going to do with someone like you? Maybe there's some elements that you think SunClan sucks at, but if you move into SunClan they would never throw you out for such a reason. DayClan will as soon as your mom isn't around to vouch for your usefulness. I'm just trying to to help," Autumngossamer said evenly.
Her claws unsheathed, "Though let me make that clear one more time. I don't look at you as pathetic, blind or incapable of fighting or hunting. Which means I will absolutely treat you like anyone else and I just don't believe you have the endurance you think you do."

He was surpirsed by her words, expecting a Sunclan cat of any of them to find him more useless and pathetic than the others. Of course, Dayclan knew he wasn't. He had proved his skill and worth as a warrior's apprentice before his path was changed to that of an emissary. Surely, Glowstar was not the only one who saw his worth and he doubted Autumngossamer truly did. "You're wrong. Dayclan cats are capable of thinking for themselves and judging themselves. Even if I did join Sunclan, would the clan itself see my true worth? If I stepped out of line, or spoke up, I would end up like all those cats you brutally murder and execute without a second thought. I like to be an individual even if you don't." Sunclan did not produce individuals capable of thought or thinking for themselves but rather brainwashed soldiers. That did not interest him in the slightest.
"Screw all of that, I probably would be another body in the graves if it wasn't for Lovepaw. I thought he actually liked me, but he just wanted to play around with me. I only passed because of him, he got what he wanted from me, I survived this because of him. But now, I could care less about anyone here and honestly so could Foxstar. It's nice to be on the same page as someone. We all do things we don't want to do to get what we want. Besides," She said smoothly, slower this time as she focused on Fadingsight, "I was suggesting they'd throw you out of your position. A blind emissary? Come on, is another leader going to allow you to stay there for long? They'll probably politely keep you for a few moons and then consider you a hazard and suggest you go to the elders den. I might be mean, but I'm not stupid, I know you're more capable than everyone see's you as."
Suddenly she shoved Fadingsight over, her claws walking up his chest, "So, come with me," She said in a choppy sing song voice.

He felt slightly annoyed by how she was acting, as if she was the only one who could see anything in him. His will and determination was too strong for her to shatter it with such simple words. He did not care about why she joined Sunclan or anything about a tom named Lovepaw or even Foxstar quite frankly but, it would probably be best to humor her for the time being. "Oh, I suppose I can humor you for a bit... What did you want again? I forgot already." His tone was thick. Her claws were also too close to his throat for comfort so there was that. He was a bit out of practice when it came to hunting.
Autumngossamer rolled her eyes, "New plan, this was too much effort just to get you to barely comply."
"Let's just," She rolled her shoulders back thinking, he could hear her bones crack pleasantly to her stretch, "Tsk. I don't know battle train. It would be useful for the both of us an emissary or not, I know you originally trained to be a warrior. I know you're no wimp. This place is pretty clear so I think it would be a fair battle. Let's do best 2 out of three matches, you lose when the victor puts their claws on your neck, near the eyes or stomach. Deal?"

The tabby wasn't entirely sure what to make of her sudden idea or request but it sure did beat digging a stupid hole or whatever her original plan was. "Fine, just don't be too upset if you lose to a blind emissary." He murmured, stretching out his own paws quickly. Would he be able to hold his own against her when he hadn't trained in such a long time? He wasn't entirely certain.

She did have a fair point there. They may not share blood but she had done the hard part which was raise him.
He took a deep breath and cast out his senses, waiting for her to approach. He was surprised at the pain when she dug her claws into his shoulder and he hissed at the sharpness. It did, however, give him an exact location and he bent his head, gripping her leg tightly in his jaws and lashing out at where her face should be with one of this front pawd.
She hissed out in pain and rolled him over her claws dashing over his jawline. She was teasing him, her claws just out of reach of his throat even though she could easily beat him this round at least.
