Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wyverndelirium was in charge of patrols while their deputy was missing, and he was content to use that to his advantage. He knew he was a better deputy than Chim had ever been and he wanted to prove that. His noon patrol was a strong force and had the side benefit of being full of cats he suspected supported Violetstar and Chimerahunt: now he got them all out of camp in one stroke. It would be hard to turn the leader's mate and deputy's brother and step-son against them, but they were all good warriors, so he could put them to good use even if they were deluded in their support of their leadership.
"Riverwolf," he called, beckoning the leader over. "Make sure your patrol brings back enough honey to fill our stores. I don't want to send another patrol looking." Bees were fairly rare in their territory but he had heard of a hive near the far border and it was too good an opportunity to pass up. It was difficult to gather honey, but it was important, especially while they lacked a true medicine cat. Honey could be used on most of their minor wounds until they had a proper healer again.
Rushpaw was ecstatic! This was his first patrol ever, and he really didn’t wanna do anything to mess it up! Large golden eyes looking back and forth to the stand-in deputy and his mentor. “Y’got it chief!” Rushpaw beamed with vigor.

Riverwolf's eyes narrowed. How dare this warrior try and rule over me. I am Waterclan's true leader and god. The thought seared through his veins, threatening to spill out in a series of heated words and claws to match. However, a cool smile rose to his maw. He knew that Wyverndelirium would be a good pawn later. As soon as Violetstar was in Riverwolf's grasp completely, he would make his next move. The warrior in front of him would be a crucial ally. "Of course. Rushpaw, are you ready? Bees can be dangerous, so please stick beside me." His voice was as smooth as the honey they were about to gather as he addressed the young, eager tom. That one won't take much convincing.
Jaysolstice strode casually up to the patrol. Truthfully this patrol was the last thing he wanted to do but at the same time at this point in his depression he really, really just didn't care anymore. The sooner they left the sooner they would return home. He sat down and fixed Riverwolf and Rushpaw with a disinterested stare. "Are we still waiting on someone?" he asked impatiently.

"Batseeker." He responded calmly, although the irritation was beginning to grow. Where was their other clanmate? They did not have all day. He watched as other members of the clan bustled about with slight interest. How many of them would follow him when the time came?
"Do we have to wait or can we get going? I'm sure Batseeker can catch up whenever he decides to join us, I'd really like to finish this patrol as soon as possible." Jaysolstice said flatly.
Rushpaw frowned. Was his mentor really going to be late? He hadn’t ever gone out without him yet, and didn’t really know these other warriors. “We... we just can’t wait for him?” His tail flicked anxiously.
