Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
I feel my dreams are really weird, like when I dream I wind up visiting the same locations. Like there's a book series that "Dream Me" likes which is the warrior series, only it's a new warrior series following the adventures of Snowkit from the first series who survived and joined the Tribes and is now leading it only to wake up to disappointment. This book series appears again and again in my dream and sometimes I dream that it comes out with a new book. This happens with locations too, such as a mall that appears in my dreams, I loved this one clothing store, but it continuously closes and turns into an arts and crafts store. I'm pretty sure I'm just a weirder dreamer though, like I'm never myself in my dream and I swap bodies, like one moment I'm the girl walking around the new town, the next I'm the guy the girl just met, I think I'm a hivemind in my dreams O__O

I love this website because it reminds me of my youth. I'm only 22 and I understand I'm still young, but... When I joined Classic a decade ago, I was so much more simple.

Hello kittens,
I heard that wetpaint/wikifoundry is going to shut down the site entirely on June 1st.
I am so impressed with CLASSIC that the Proboards site looks just like home now. I'm glad that we decided to move the webform somewhere else a while back... It was getting bad. Pages freezing, mass messaging went down, widgets glitching, page formatting wack, straight up couldn't use half the functions of the site, to that one time Classic Wikifoundry was just completely off the air.
Remember how when none of us could log in we didn't know what to do? Ultimately, this obstacle made us better friends. At that point in time we were glad to have set up skype or discord so we could still find each other again in other places on the internet. Imagine the fear we felt in never being able to log in ever again. It was like an atom bomb. The website was there then gone. I'm glad we voted to move to Proboards. Imagine having to do all the moving in one week?
Anyway, if you had anything precious on the old website, you should go retrieve what nostalgia you can while you can. In just three days, Wetpaint AKA WIKIfoundry will be no more. All our threads will burst into a million light years. I counted, between all the accounts I had on there (since you had to create entirely new accounts to change your alias) 18,555 contributions total. I remember racing other members to post more than them! We all loved it! That competitive good spirit has stayed with me.
I haven't logged in to Classic in so long because I've been managing my own website: a patreon that supports creatives. You may message me for the link. Recently, for the Creatives Tribune, I bought two guitars and I'm going to ship them to an artist for her to paint. Her name is Kat Rae. Basically, I feature artists and their work on a daily basis and I endorse them with the money I get from Patreon. There's more I've been up to but that's for another post.
I always feel like I can return here. I've been a member since I was 12, and now I am 23. Thanks for molding me, Classic. I am so thankful to have stumbled into the forest.
