Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(Any amount of cats and members can join in at anytime! ^-^)
For years now there were stories spoken of a tiny white cat who would trick cats into falling in ditches and eat them alive. For many DayClan cats it was a scary tale told to them as kits until today. Glowstar had requested a few warriors at what seemed at random and brought them all to the Keepers Mansion cellar of all places. In the cellar they could hear the wind howling outside, it almost sounded like coyotes and through the cracks they could see the blinding light of sunlight and snow. The wind viciously whipped against the cellar door threatening to break it inward, but Glowstar seemed to pay no attention.
"I know we've all been through a lot and this might be hard to handle, but the tale of the tiny white cat is real. There have been sightings of the cat and just yesterday Wispyfeather was hunting a rabbit when it ran and disappeared. She investigated and found it didn't disappear into a burrow, it fell into a hidden pit and was stabbed by sticks and stones on the way down. There is a cat hunting us outside this camp. I don't want to start a panic, it's why I've chosen all of you to find her and drive her out. She is lethal, but she is small and although she looks innocent you cannot show her any mercy. When you find her you must pin her down and wound her, make sure she'll have trouble walking on one leg so she'll be an unlikely returning threat and you can release her once she's over the border. She is a member of the league, you cannot be a nice guy around her so be safe," Glowstar said.
Auburnwolf, an auburn creamy colored siamese nodded along, he had been in DayClan for almost a whole season, but had already heard the story once before. Still, it was considered a myth for a reason. How could a tiny cat like that hurt anyone?
(Preferably have Glow tell Rubyflame, 'no you need to recover still' XP)
Rubyflame had not been happy at all learning Innocentia was on the prowl. Having almost been made into dinner by the she cat once before. The Immortal Council Member had no desire to encounter her twice. But she was so disheartened about her little ones... She felt she had nothing to lose. Plus who knew, one of her kits might get it in their heads they'd go back to SunClan and could wind up in one of the white cat's traps.
She strode into the meeting place and sat down, "Size is your biggest advantage, but be careful. She likely has pits everywhere. We had to go deal with her once before, and we wound up falling in." She said. "Glowstar had to come assist us in dealing with her. She is extremely dangerous. Do not underestimate, give her no quarter, treat her like you would a rabid fox. Or dog, or insert extremely dangerous animal here."
She shot a sideways glance at Glowstar. "If you'd like I could assist them with this mission." She said, trying to make it sound off hand, but in reality she wanted to get some of her frustrations out on Innocentia. The white she cat had been an issue before, Rubyflame bested her once, than Innocentia trapped her patrol in a pit, and now it was time for some payback for that. And also shove all her rage against SunClan onto someone.
Electricwolf glanced sideways at Rubyflame, she didn't look like she was in shape to fight. She had kits to care for! Sure he'd seen the kits gravitate to anyone else but their mother for some reason. But she couldn't go be careless.
(LOL, I don't know if we should depend on Glow to be responsible)
"I know you want to do something, but I think bonding with your cats is the best thing. I'd love to just be a mother and nothing else, you're living the dream right now. Plus they won't be kits forever, go tell them stories and play, maybe even take them outside for a few minutes to play in the snow. But I think you should stay here for now," She put a gentle paw over Rubyflame's, "I've been where you are, I've had kits in SunClan too and I was all alone, but you're here now with people who care and Fang. Go enjoy this time."
Though looking back on the day it wasn't a day she hated, even if Darkcomplex wasn't her mate she was happy she actually gave him a family he literally would never have been allowed to have otherwise. She knew what Rubyflame went through was much different and as such required more rest.
She nodded to Electricwolf and Auburnwolf, "We're going to call you two the wolf pack. Unless someone else joins, then we're going to change that name, but for now team wolf pack, go out there and stop that little menace without getting eaten."
